Description
PVK «Arsenal» designs and manufactures metal moulds (matrices) for the serial production of concrete and reinforced concrete products. Our moulds are used to cast slabs, blocks, rings, trays, kerbs, elements of fortification structures and other components — to standard sizes or to the customer’s individual drawing.
The moulds are made of steel, which ensures precise product geometry, dimensional stability during use and a long service cycle: a single metal mould is designed for a large number of pours without loss of quality. The design allows for convenient assembly and stripping, reliable fixing of embedded parts and operation on vibrating tables.
A full cycle at our own facility — from drawing development and metal cutting to welding, machining and geometry control — allows us to manufacture both standard and non-standard moulds of complex configuration, giving the customer consistent quality of serial products and independence from third-party tooling suppliers.
